The owner has his days when it comes to his mood. Some days he's your best friend and some days he has the hurry up and buy mentality. He supplies a ton of glass pipes to support your drug habits. A good fraction of his customers are under age too. But any how, I wouldn't purchase cigars from him because they are improperly stored (temp wise and humidity wise). He also has a very POOR selection of cigars not to mention pricey as hell.
