Representative sold me a product assured me it was good quality and would not break. I made it home took the item out of the bag and sat it on the floor my 2 mo kitten sniffed it and knocked it over... it broken into pieces. I wasn’t home with it 20 minutes and the “high quality” item he sold me was done for. I called and explained to him what happened he was rude to me stating it was a cheap piece after he assured it was good quality. He went as far as hanging up in my face. When I called back and asked why did you hang up on me I haven’t been rude to you I’m just asking what can you help me with he responded I’m having a bad day but I will not do anything for you. If I could provide zero stars I would.

My 2 friends were served by the owner, and was very rude to them, I don't know if he was having a bad day, but you should never talk to your customer in a very unproductive way, definitely not going to this store ever again.

GREAT STORE AND THEY DON'T MARK UP ITEMS THAT ARE SOLD AT OTHER STORES AND MARKED WAY UP. GREAT SELECTION OF CIGARS.
