this is not a review of the whole store the older couple have always been very nice i really love the store as a whole i think they bought a bad pipe and i did not like this younger woman who works there I came in with a slider that had a very obvious design flaw and she proceeds to tell me i'm wrong and that a lot of people like them then I look down where they are they still had the same ones in the case as when I bought mine. before i even went to smoke zone I went to a glass blower with 30 years experience he told me it was a a design flaw I agreed then went to a couple other glass blowers they all agreed it was a bad design then i went to smoke zone. I will include pics so how a slider works you pack tobacco and the hole at the bottom sucks the air down threw the hole and the thats where the flames goes every time i smoke out of this i have to flip it because since the holes are above the bottom of the bowl the bottom does not get touched her response was stir it i should have to it should burn threw like every other bowl i have ever bought i buy all my pipes from smoke zone she got mad cause i noticed the pipe she sold me doesn't work and flat out lied do not buy one of these they don't work. i ended up having to buy a new slider that i knew would work and i love it, it was exactly what i wanted in the first place but i got got steered to the one that didnt work..

Most friendly, personable, and informative staff of any smoke shop! I love coming here and if they don't have what I want/need they will do their best to accommodate so. Price is good too.
