Ordered a email coil, heard nothing for 3 days, then they refunded my order. No “hey it’s gonna take longer then planned, are you ok with that?”

I ordered online with a old gift card i had laying around, doesn’t work on the website due to filters. I called and was told the Boss of online orders would call me. As i’m on the phone with the first person the guy calls and solves everything in 5 minutes!!! amazing service glad i dropped the other company i went through. will be using Zeevapor from now until I quit! Can’t thank you guys enough!! Edit: also yes their price is a little more expensive by like $5 worth every penny. I feel like the staff is trained to be quick and nice! It’s like your dealing with Family Almost!!! and this was the first time I ever bought from them. I was referred by a friend who loves the shop just as much as i do! The website has one minor flaw and that’s the filter tab on mobile it takes you back to the home page. but no big deal!!
