I went here once with my boyfriends mom and got some cookie butter juicr that I really liked and I can't remember how much it was exactly but it was reasonably priced and would definitely come back to buy some more of that.

I had been shopping here for a while with decent success. It’s like any other smoke shop. Nothing special. Everything is expensive but the two kids who are always there are cool so I would go back. Until recently, during the COVID pandemic, after they re-opened, I went in and bought an e-cigarette, I got a Sourin brand product. Within less than a week, my product was broken. It was clearly a manufacturer defect. The product kept leaking juice. I called and asked about their policy AND to request an itemized receipt because their receipt that they gave me just listed thag I made a purchase and in order to go through Sourin, I needed GENUINE PROOF OF PURCHASE. When I contacted them, they made up some story about how they’re not practicing returns or exchanges because of COVID. When I had initially gone in, there was no signage or indications that this was a policy. I brought that to their attention and because they are on shady business, when I went back, because of course after I had to buy a new piece for my device, the charger that came with the device wasn’t the correct charger-it was also defective, whatever charger was in the box was not the correct one. When I went in they argued with me and refused to do anything for me. They kept insisting that because the package was sealed, it was out of their hands but WOULD NOT ASSIST ME IN ANYWAY WITH THE MANUFACTURER. They kept saying that they buy through a “warehouse”. When I insinuated that the device was STOLEN and not legitimately purchased from Sourin, they made a big huff. Turns out, when I reached out to Sourin, they said this stuff happens all of the time. That anything distributed and sold has some sort of “warranty” or “insurance” through where it was purchased. Honesty, I can appreciate the stress of small business ownership, but this is ridiculous. They’re thieves. My advice is go through the manufacturer or whatever product you want, and if you’re buying cheap china glass to smoke out of, then just go somewhere else. IT IS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE TO CONTINUE BUSINESS HERE.
