Good in a pinch. The prices are high and the owner is, well... bitter. Still though, not many shops sell Kratom, but this is one of them.

I went in looking for hookah sheesha, and charcoals. I prefer Al Fakher with Coco Nara charcoals. Luckily they had both. When I asked for the pineapple flavor, the clerk pointed to apple. I said 'no, two flavors over to the left', he goes three to the right. This sort of language barrier continued for quite a bit, despite him speaking perfectly good English to me & one other customer in the store. There is also a picture of a darn pineapple on the box. This miscommunication also continued with the charcoals. I finally got the kind I wanted, and payed significantly more than I expected ($5 something for the sheesha, and $9 for 16 piece charcoals. I later found 120 pc coco's on ebay for $15.) Upon getting home & opening the sheesha, I noticed it was oddly dry, and brown. It even tasted bad. This stuff is usually sopping with juice, with a bright color. I found an expiration date, and saw it expired in 2013, packaged in 2011. Am I to believe this had been sitting on the shelf for 4 years? I brought the tobacco back, and he sternly rejected a refund. He offered to exchange for an equally stale pack, but then rescinded upon noticing I had opened the previous pack. He even raised his voice at one point during the conversation. I would not recommend doing business here if you like fresh tobacco, low prices, or good customer service. Their glass pipes looked low quality as well, easily breakable, with not much selection to choose from. Check out Weezers (for pipes) on N. Ave, or Cigar Emporium at Stratford Mall for smiley customer service, low prices, and fresh tobacco. I've had great business there. This town would be better off without the seedy Smoker's Stop.
