Terrible customer service. I didn't even get half way through the store and the women working there, possibly the owner, was extremely rude. I was going to purchase a few items decided not to after being talked to like I was a child several times.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Horrible experience, the woman running the sales floor insinuated that my travel companion had stolen from her store and watched us like a hawk. We are proud middle class hard working people who wanted a nice shopping day in Galena before Christmas and were harassed.

The sales people were rude and mean. We particularly went in to this store to buy long sleeve tee-shirts that they only sold. The people working there were beyond rude!! We left buying nothing!! They lost out on a few hundred dollars of sales. (There were 10 of us!) No excuse for the way we were treated!!

This was the most rude and unfriendly people I have ever experienced in such a tourist town. They made you feel like telling them to take it and shove it. I have worked in the public for 39 years and customer service is what sells your products. They have none.
