I was just in there today for the first time and had a pleasant experience. Love the ambiance ( the way a smoke shop should look ) plenty of choices in all categories of smoke paraphernalia. Lots of unique pieces I've never seen in any other shop. Prices were lowest compared to any other shop around elgin area and where more than fare. Spent $50.00 there today alone and customer service was great. Plan on going back tomorrow to purchase more items. the smoke house will definitely be my go to smoke shop from now on . loved the place .

Owner lets underage kids come in regularly and has shady business practices. Not sure why Elgin hasn’t taken care of this. Cheap products and shady ownership. There are much better shops in Elgin.

Unprofessional, Big “macho man” is clueless on glass. Came in hoping to get a bubble cap and also brought my banger to see if it fit, purchased one, went to the car to see, went back in and swapped for another *paid +$10 more for different one* went to see if it fit again and came back to the story and ask for a return and says he couldn’t help me at all. All in the matter of 5 minutes and him helping someone get an assemble while he knowingly gave him 2 different sized attachment🚮 I love local shops but won’t return here, if you want good quality glass with expertise staff, I suggest headys in Algonquin.
