No masks. If businesses a refuses to wear masks they can be reported to the Illinois department of human rights. Also, two of three employees i’ve worked with have made me feel like they don’t want to help whatsoever or they didn’t know anything about glass. Ended up buying my glass and banger online

I went in 6/13/2020 I came all the way from Aurora, a 30 min drive just to get treated and rushed out the store. I understand I came in the last 15 min of your day. Still no excuse to tell me you didn’t want to answer my questions about a product. That I was going to buy. You guys have better selection (of nectar collectors) than the shops out in aurora. But I will not go out my way ever to go to this store. And it’s sad cause I’m going to end up buying the stuff online rather than this store. About 100-200 dollars of glass smh

I’ve been a customer here for about two years. Everytime I had a question or needed assistance they always offered it with a smile. They provided quality recommendations for juices devices and coils. The are knowledgeable and friendly.

I've been here maybe four times since March and not once have I seen a single employee wearing a mask. Absolute disgrace. Also, did you know that you're not supposed to vape nicotine salts with coils under 1ohm? Hope you like to read warning labels, because nobody working here is going to help you figure it out
