As someone who has worked in a retail head shop for the last six years, I've come to have a standard of what I expect out of customer service at head shops. This place BLEW ME AWAY. Great selection of both glass and novelty items, amazing tapestries and stickers and super friendly staff. Definitely check them out while you're in Kona, you won't be disappointed!

Friendly staff who are knowledgeable, but these guys don't understand kratom and have no idea what they're talking about. The price is crazy as they sold me extract that turned out to be old crushed leaf with little effect. Minus 1 star for that.

Tried to return an item and some old hippie came out and started freaking out. Thought he was high in some drugs or something. He made so sense. Terrible customer service.
