Bought a piece that was defective. I noticed it had a small hole in an ash catcher's stem when I used it, clearly a production mistake. When I brought it back to swap it out for a functional one, the staff tried to make it seem like I had broken the piece. Typical mainland business style of accepting no responsibility. Cheap, poorly made Chinese glass combined with horrible customer service showed me they are more focused on short term profits than long term customer satisfaction. Prices were cheap, but you get what you pay for. I learned my lesson and won't be going back.

Awesome shop! Best deals on the island. Always super helpful and willing to give the best deal. Great prices overall and super awesome service to customers. I felt so welcome and apart of the store. Didn't want to leave!!!
