Ayana is seriously amazing! It doesn’t matter what questions I have or how many juices I want to try or pricing on anything in the store she is always willing to help! Xhale always has the best stock, the cleanest location, and it’s smells amazing in her store! Wouldn’t have loyalty anywhere else.

It was great. I walked right passed Xhale City and went straight in Firehouse Subs.You need to TRACK somebody else who comes in your store besides those who walk by.

Great store, friendly girl working! I was there on St. Patrick's Day in the evening. Because of the sale they were having, they were PACKED and only had 1 person working. She was doing the best she could but no one would have been able to keep up with the volume of people that were flooding in to the place. Another customer had been to the Canton Rd. store earlier in the day and said there was only 1 person working that store too. I don't know if they are short staffed as a whole or what but when you have a sale like they did they should definitely have more than 1 employee working!

I absolutely love this store!!! I have been looking for a black prism mag kit for awhile now. I found it here for way less than any other vape shop I have been in. Amazing customer service!!! Great juice choices!!! I will let everyone know I come in contact with who vapes or otherwise to come to this store. This is now my store. Thank you

My husband and I went today, and we were impressed with everything, the lady was super nice and answered our questions and professionally took us step by step in helping to make our experience a pleasant one. I am a very satisfied customer and I highly recommend it to anyone. Suorin Air, was what I got and I am very happy.
