I enjoy walking into Family Dollar with a Welcome greeting. Family Dollar has unbeatable prices. I shop regularly and came across Christmas sale of 75% off. I took advantage and got some items for this coming year for Christmas. Plus I like the app that saves me more money with the coupons and the smart spin. I usually only try to do good reviews, but I really hate that this is the closest location to me. The manager there irritates me so bad. I am huge on customer service/satisfaction & she just don’t have it. She always rude acting like she don’t want to ring anyone up especially when she is on the phone (her personal phone). She talks on her phone while assisting customers, I’m just so over this location. Although this is the most convenient location to me I will not spend another dime there. I’d rather go without or take the drive elsewhere.
