A lot of people on here are complaining about a federal law. It is simple, making certain statements or references implies illegal activities and selling many of our products under this context is a crime. Not just for the store but the customers as well. There are clearly posted signs on the front door and inside the building. That is all of the warning you get because the police give no warning when pressing charges. The policy also protects the business from incurring fines or being shut down, we do not like losing business because of this; however, if we didn’t abide by this law there would be no business at all and we want to provide a safe shopping experience as much as possible. It is inconvenient there is no denying that however it is also the law. If you happen to come by the store and it is closed during business hours look for a sign. If we are on a lunch break it will be noted and a time we will be returning will be left. If we are in the restroom or something of that nature then give us a moment or call the store and ask when we will be returning. In most cases I assure you it will be less than a 5 minute wait. As much as we would like to be able to be in multiple places at once it just isn’t possible and we are legally required to take a lunch break. If you have questions you can always call.

I’ve been here twice now. Once in 2014 and again this year, 2018. There store hasn’t changed. Miscellaneous weapons and nonsense. A bleak verity of glass. The air is so dead and quite you’ll feel like you’re in a library. Unlike most glass shops you usually get a warning if you slip up and say the dreaded Bong word, here they do no such thing. My friend accedently refereed to the “water pipes” as bongs, he was corrected then told we have to leave the store. No exceptions. This store really knows how to turn people off. No wonder people shop online now. If you want to check out glass with a knowledgeable and engaging staff, go somewhere else.

Has just about anything basic you will need from a headshop. Needs better workers. I have come by multiple times and there is a "at break" sign during work hours. So apart from closing earlier than normal they use up their open time on breaks lol.

Well first of all xhalecity down the street next to Walmart is open incredibly later , the staff is friendlier , they have more glass, vape , hooka supplies there! This place is a dying franchise about to go away , I've bought stuff here for years but they need to get with the program with the technology and actually letting you see how the water cycle works in pipes !!! Xhale city in Oakwood is open till 11pm on sundays and 12am every other day !!!!
