BY TELEPHONE, WE ORDERED CUT FLOWERS IN A VASE TO BE DELIVERED TO OUR DEAR FRIENDS FUNERAL ON THE FOLLOWING FRIDAY OR SATURDAY..THE FLOWERS NEVER ARRIVED AT THE FUNERAL AND , ALTHO THE FLOWER SHOP WAS SCHEDULED TO BE OPEN TILL NOON ON SATURDAY, WE ATTEMPTED TO CALL BUT NO ANSWER OR ANSWER MACHINE AND WE WERE DEEPLY EMBARRESED BY THE SITUATION.. FINALLY ON THE FOLLOWING TUESDAY, I REACHED THE OWNER WHO STATED THAT THEY DELIVERED TO THE FUNERAL HOME, BUT THE FUNERAL HOME MUST HAVE PLACED THEM AT THE WRONG FUNERAL SO SHE WASN'T RESPONSIBLE, BUT OFFERED A REFUND. WE CONTEND THAT WE PLACED, AND PAID FOR , AN ORDER WITH HER SHOP AND IT WAS THEIR DUTY TO ENSURE PROPER DELIVERY...
