Positives: Very pleasant staff, great flavor selection. They were clearing inventory for new stuff and I gotta sweet "Buy 2, Get 2 Free" deal. Negatives: No coil selections and no major new mods. That's the only things I marked a star off for. Overall: I'd definitely say this will be my go-to store if they can get my coils in. Otherwise they're good for GREAT flavors and juice deals and a nice owner and staff.

Iv e brought my father to Vapes R US several times and purchased several products. We know that the vapes don't last and will eventually go out. Not a problem. However what should not happen is a defective product not be exchanged or refund. That's bad business. If we pay for a product and then then the product stops working or is defective (plastic holding oil melted) IN A WEEKS TIME THATS VERY PROBLEMATIC!!! Please reconsider your practice of refunds or exchanges when products is bad.
