This place is so disgusting and don't care for their customers health or concerns. I bought a grinder, pulled out the parking lot and checked my grinder. I look at the bottom of it it was some disgusting blue mixture just sitting their. I asked the employee can i exchange i don't care for my money back. They told me no! Xhale doesn't even care for my health before they sell it to me. Neber shopping at this place ever again! Going to get a lawyer! Also contacting corperate!

I have purchased many things from this store and I have not once been disappointed. The customer service is fantastic. Everyone’s very nice, especially Susie! She’s so nice and she makes the transactions so easy. The only reason I don’t give this a fifth star is because it is quite expensive.
