Very nice selection of glass. More than the products I was impressed with the staff. They didn't follow me around trying to make a sale. They let me browse at my leisure and answered every question I asked. This was the second time I patronized cloud 9 and I had identical experiences both times. They are now my go to store for my smoking needs. Thank you for your discretion in hiring quality people and thanks for carrying quality goods.

Alright now I love this place and think their inventory is great ... but when I come in asking for help... DO NOT tell me what I didn’t do... you have no idea what I’ve went through to get to the point where I needed your assistance. And you being rude just makes not want to ask for you help again.

I stepped in to buy a bubbler. Not 5 minutes in and the man working at the counter was complaining to another patron about having to wear a mask to work. I’m immunocompromised and unfortunately still have to live and function in the post COVID world. Hearing someone complain about having to wear something to keep me safe made me leave immediately. And I won’t be returning. So, if you’re looking for a place where they care for your health and safety without openly complaining while multiple customers are in the store, go elsewhere.
