I went inside this store on Wednesday evening on Nov 6 with my two friends. When we walked in we were not greeted. The first thing the cashier said was do you have id. RUDE! While we were all browsing out of nowhere he told us we had to leave the store. When we inquired about why he was asking us to leave he said no and said my friend would be able to explain why. She simply asked question about one of the items and he asked all of us to leave. I really believe his actions were racially motivated seeing as we are all black females and he was a white male. He said he wouldn’t sell anything to any of us even tho he claimed he was kicking us out because one of my friends made an inappropriate comment. I would not recommend this store i wish i could’ve gave 0 stars. Seriously we are in 2019 and black people are still being refused service from white retailers. Smh

Me and two friends just recently visited this shop on November 6 2019 .We came into store to look and buy since it was our first time in the store. We come in and the man doesn’t speak but just ask for our I.D.s . I was like okay then rude much but wasn’t going let that stop me .I continue to shop we’re walking around the Store .My friend asked what type were ball this is .The man just looked and her and said “You guys must leave Now!” .Im thinking I know this white man didn’t just tell us to leave this store or my friend question . I commented she said subconsciously without knowing what she said.Im asking why must we leave he insists on asking my friend to tell us what she said . He was rude and didn’t have valued reason or could in professional respectful manner why he felt need to make ya leave even when she made comment towards him .He felt we was racially profiled and discrimated for no reason .There was no need to have rude customer service and kick us out .If you want rude service and be judged by color of your skin well you’ve found the place .No need for his actions today . No need make black people leave store because you feel we’re making you uncomfortable or you judgmental thoughts or actions . IT was a WHITE man with very short blonde hair I didn’t get his name but just know he has terrible customers service !

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were able to help with any questions we had and didn't mind taking things out of the display case for closer loojs. They didn't even mind that we were there after they had closed. The products I bought are awesome. Thank you for a wonderful shopping experience.

I came here not sure what to expect. I work in retail and will always have to deal with customers who come in 5 minutes before we close which can be frustrating. I wasn't able to get to the store until 11:40, they close at midnight, and the lady who helped me didn't mind at all or rush me in any way which was the first amazing thing. She could tell i was nervous and did a really good job at making me feel comfortable. She was super knowledgeable about all the products and listened to me. She asked about my price range and worked with my budget. I will definitely go back here and 100% recommend going there.
