The customer service here is absolutely fantastic phenomenal. I just moved to the area and was blown away by how informative they are. All my questions were answered and they definitely will have my loyalty. Great prices. The best I’ve ever seen!

Great service, just pricey unless you’re buying a lot of different items. Staff is very helpful and informative, I just wish some of the prices compared to online prices :)

Bought a new black Aegis that came with a battery. When I opened the box the unit was not black and I was given the wrong battery. It was too long and would not fit. I attempted to return the merchandise unused but opened and they refused to swap. As to the battery issue, they did not have a 26650 in stock and gave me a cheaper 16650. Said that was the most they could do. I will not be back.

Great customer service and knowledgeable about the products . Vast selection . Even showed me all the steps to set my hookah up at home ! Definitely would shop there again.

Prices are hiGh as Hell! But the people working the day I went there, they were helpful and friendly. I will go back in the future when I don't want to WAIT to get an Online Order. But I will say that you always pay way less and can get Returns from buying your smoking item's Online UNLIKE Here.

Extremely poor customer service! Sells low quality products for too much money and will NOT stand behind the products that they sell! The guys in the shop are nice and polite but obviously know nothing about the products that they sell and will just make up stuff to tell customers. Will NOT buy here again. :(
