So apparently the new DM just fired the manager and everyone that works there quit. Liked the place because of the people that worked there. I will go somewhere else now. I can get this stuff at a lot of different places in Athens. Went here because of the employees, locals that have been here for years. They Quit So Do I! Good Luck finding better employees than Brian, Mary, and Tiff

I loved that when I entered an associate greeted me as if I was an old friend. He quickly and professionally checked my id and the id of my friend who was also with me. After a few moments of taking the time to hear me out and get a clear picture of what I needed, my new best friend led us over to the cleansing section. I needed a good cleanse because I had a transition coming up and toxin consumption had been a little higher than I had originally anticipated. We went over the dos and don'ts of the product and I left feeling excited and confident about my purchase. I didn't have much time and I had a lot to lose. I followed his instructions in addition to the product instructions and the result was a resounding success. I am in a much better position than I was previously and it's in part because of the friendly and knowledgeable staff at hookup.

This place is truly awful. Go to Cloud9, they have friendlier employees and far superior products. I went here with my friend yesterday and my friend forgot his wallet so when prompted to show his ID, he excused himself because he did not have it. From that point the guy working was extremely rude to me and I overheard him being rude to other customers. I walked out to ask my friend a question and then walked back in and the employee told me very harshly that I needed to leave because I was trying to get away with "illegal things"...? not sure where that came from but when I asked the employee why he was being so exceptionally rude he just flicked me off and held his middle finger there telling me that he was going to call the cops on me if I didn't walk away, keep in mind that this whole time he was meant to be ringing a customer up and did this in front of everyone. I was so upset and everyone in the store was so shocked, I will never go back to store and I do NOT recommend anyone to go either. The customer is treated like garbage.
