Employee was rude and rushed us out the door when there weren't even any customers besides us. Tried to offer us expired sodas. Bf asked for a salt nic coil and was given a non-salt nic coil which burned instantly in the vape.

I enjoy shopping this vape store 💨 over any others because they spend real quality time with each and every customer. If they are busy tending to people that were there before you, wait. I assure you they will give you the same amount of time and attention to get you whatever you need and whatever you are looking for. I’ve seen them do it countless times. I always get great service, information and the time I need to make the right choice. Their tables are set up with samples of numerous types of juices and you can sample them all. They never rush you and will check in on how you’re doing. They’ll make suggestions. They help. If you’re in the market for a new vape pen, they’ll set it up for you, teach you how to change the coils, teach you how it works- everything you need. I’ll be stopping by today as my mouth piece broke and I’m REALLY hoping they will/can order me a new one because I liked the mouth piece that broke so much more than the solid black replacement one that came with the pen. We shall see about a replacement- I really hope they can get me one or even better- a few! I know they will do it so long as the company who makes the pen sells replacements- I know Vape Out will do what they can because that is just how they are- 💯%! Thank you 😊! I appreciate y’all!
