Always liked this place but on 3-25-18 I purchased a new vape pen that was recommended got it home started to leak. Took it back and Casey was awesome but he told me I had to come back when the owner was there which I did and was told there had been no complaints on the vape pen that I had bought and couldn't do a refund. He didn't even offer to exchange and he also kept my original receipt. Will never go back. Please Understand I had no problem with anyone but the owner
