Terrible customer service. Stopped in to inquire about a product I’ve never used, the young man working seemed upset that he had to help me. Offered me no information on a product he had for sale and was very rude. I felt like a bother instead of a paying customer. I left and went to another shop to make my purchase.

The owners/staff are great people. Reminds me of the old head shop I visited a few times in Cincinnati... I shop there for the Green Roads CBD products nut have also found some great gifts for my friends.

I called in to verify product availability. That customer service interaction made me drive out to Marley's. Excellent ambiance, neat clean, great organization. They could diversify their drink options and tobacco injectors and injection tube options. Other than those 3 points, awesomeness. Thank you Navin. You truly made my experience a great one. -Steve
