Usually great customer service. Usually friendly. Had been a regular at this particular shop until I started having issues with their "JUUL" brand pods they carry. There would be at least one defective pod in a package of 4. I mentioned this to them and offered a comment about issues with the manufacturer and that "everyone that carries it is having those problems." In the meantime, I have not a had a problem with the reliability of "JUUL" brand products when I have shopped elsewhere over the past several months, including many shops in the immediate area. I stopped in today to give them one more try. Mandatory signage from the county enforcing masks had been taken down. Neither employee was wearing a mask and there were other customers completing transactions without being asked to abide to local ordinances. I turned back around and left and spent my money elsewhere.

Wonderful store, great owner they have a large inventory, wonderful glass pieces, awesome candles and a supplier of quality Kratom.. The new addition of original artwork from a local artist . Go check out Tobacco Docks.
