Staff was very helpful, but the vape mods are extremely overpriced. They have a strict no refunds policy, so keep in mind before shopping for non-consumables. I was in a bind with a broken mod and needed an immediate replacement, so I wasn't too concerned with price because I was willing to pay for convenience, but over 200% markup is crazy. I tried to file a warranty claim on my purchase the day after, but the store only gave me a credit card receipt without a product description, so I'm out $100 on a mod that can be purchased online for $40.

Unknowledgable of products, horrible customer service, extremely overpriced, sells cheap low quality products. Order on amazon and save your time and money and ensure you have a warrenty

they have a large variety of almost everything has to do with tobacco and smoking., very professional staff and prices are very reasonable.

Just here visiting. Excellent glass quality, clean shop and fair pricing. Sarah helped and even performed “water tests” for the tobacco pipes. It really helped us decide against one we were interested in just because the pull was weird. Tara the owner is super great and very friendly. She stuck to her prices and products and we walked away with a beautiful piece. Thank you Sarah and Tara!!!

This shop has the best quality:price ratio, in town! Their staff is friendly and their products are nice! They conveniently have 3 locations in town, all a little different! I love window shopping to see the cool new things they have!

Nice selection. Staff (Austin?) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! Went in for a vape to help quit smoking, the young man who assisted me was very knowledgeable about their stock and assisted me in making a selection that would meet my needs. So far i have met my smoking cessation goals! Would not have been able to do this without the product assistance! Great job to the staff! Would recommend for all your smoking needs.

Had to buy a specific product so I messaged them on facebook and they only had a few in stock and at this store so I asked them to hold it and I would be there about 7pm I was running late and to my luck about 7:20 they were still holding it. Awesome of them to do. Very friendly service and explained any questions we had. I will definitely be buying my smoking and vapeing needs from them again. Not to mention excellent prices, the product was the same price we found on sites on the Internet.
