My experience at this store was incredible. First, your selection of product is very large, and I love to have options when it comes to buying liquid for my vape, etc. Additionally, Sam is one of the best sales people I’ve ever met in my life. She has a huge working knowledge of all of your product in the store, and is amazingly friendly. She speaks to you more like a friend than a customer, and has an outstanding customer service attitude. I was blown away to find out she isn’t a manager, but I absolutely think she needs to be! I only rated this experience 5 stars because I couldn’t rate it 6 stars. I will be back for sure!

this is the best place to go, hands downs! They've got awesome/knowledgeable employees, them being Jimmy and Sam, who are there to help you with any of your needs. definitely wont be going anywhere else!!!

This is the best vape shop in the area hands down. I just moved here from Wisconsin, after checking out a few places and being disappointed, Pumpernickel restored my faith. Right when I walked in and talked to the staff I could tell this place knows what's up. Super friendly and knowledgeable on everything. They didnt have a couple brands that I like so I told them what I like and what they recommended was exactly what I like. I'll be going back to this shop every time 10/10

This place has everything you need! From CBD to vape juice, you name it and they have it. Sam was very knowledgeable and had great customer service skills. She helped me set up my new tank and showed me the best way to prime it! I will definitely be returning!

The staff is always happy to help and everyone is super friendly! Sam usually helps me out and she knows her stuff! I haven't gone anywhere else since I found Pumpernickel Pops, its the place to go!
