Even though there is a 2-4 day return policy on electronic devises they honored my 2 week old purchase and replaced my pen. Not that waiting 2 weeks is acceptable but I had purchased for a coworker and it took long to bring it back. They truly are compassionate and professional.

Went in and bought a rolling machine and two boxes of tubes and Tobacco For Less Than $1.60 a pack to roll. No more paying $7 a pack for a pack of cigarettes when you can get out this inexpensive and save. I'll keep going there.
