They say that they price match but don’t? Went in and they had two dogs and a babie to greet me in the in this tiny unprofessional store. They girl behind the counter called her boss to ask about the price check, hung up the phone, went upon her day helping other people and then said layet “oh we can’t match that” I felt like my time was wasted, I like to buy local but I won’t stand for poor service.

Went into this store a few weeks ago and got kicked out for apparently saying bong.which I did not say!! I read the sign which said water pipe!! I was talking to a friend to see if he wanted to go half's with me on a hooka and right then the lady said that I said bong which again I didn't I said hooka!!!! So needless to say I got kicked out for no reason I think it was because I was just looking at prices and not buying anything right away!!! But still a great place and a great selection!!!

Medicore selection with a lot of over proceed peices. Rude and pushy staff who kept pushing me to buy items I was not interested in and more items than I want. Refused to let me see any of the peices I wanted to see because they were on the cheaper end and would pull out something way more expensive and tell me it's better and I should pick this one instead, and kept trying to push me to buy multiple peices because of their sale. I kept refusing and I was eventually kicked out of the store despite using proper terminology and being a polite customer. Will never return to any Purple Haze location after this incident.

The staff was courteous and helpful. Bought a scale and they took the time to calibrate it and the price was right. Would recommend.
