Called them up and specifically asked for menthol and they told me they had it. I went to their store, told me they had regular menthol without any extra flavoring, I bought it and they gave me candy blue flavor menthol. I wasted 18 bucks because they lied that it had more than just menthol flavor in it. Went right in the garbage. Never will go to this smoke shop again. If you don't want to get ripped off, don't go here.

If you are looking for the place where you can speak to the owners and that personal touch this is the place. Every time I go there they have made updates, honest people, straight shooters... if you have already been there before stop buy again, things are always changing and they are making serious moves... You can't ask for more!

During a recent transaction I had somewhat of an issue (admittedly my fault). Contacted them and was able to speak to the owner. The guy was an absolute gem, went above and beyond my expectations of customer service. Couldn’t be happier, these guy are amazing. I would totally recommend going in and seeing them, great customer service, very helpful and they have a huge selection of products.

Prices aren't too bad. Employees not very enthusiastic about helping or advising customers. Not an overly friendly atmosphere, but decent product at fair price.
