I cannot express enough, the hard work, positive changes and improvement that the owner Chris (whom I just met today) is putting into his shop!! A blessing of a man, who took the time and care to answer all of my questions (during a PTSD trigger I was having no less!!). I've been to many tobacco shops, had some horrible or at the very least very impersonable experiences... I have to say that I just had a top notch customer service experience....Hard to come by these days!! If you haven't been to Smokin' Pipes in a while, I strongly encourage you all to give this merchant another look!!

Yikes. I bought a $75 piece of glass and it broke in half the moment I pulled it out of the bag. Top it off with a location that looks like it hasn’t had a good cleaning/landscaping effort put into it in about 5 years and it’s safe to say I’ll never be back. Seriously. In. Half. I pulled it out of the bag and it was STILL in the bubble wrap. Do yourself a favor and go to any of the other dozen glass shops in a 5 mile radius.
