I’ve always received exceptional customer service here. The staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They always greet me when I walk in the door, and they remember me and what I usually buy. They’ve helped me choose new products to try and always make me feel comfortable about taking my time to make up my mind. Their selection is good and the prices are reasonable. I would happily recommend them to family and friends.

Pretty dope place!!! Awesome price's on glass pieces and accessories are also hella cheap, extremely friendly customer service as well very very helpful no doubt! Just about all you'd need is there! Hope u enjoy!!💯😊🤗

Walker and Victoria were such a help in finding the right juice at a good price! They were so friendly and this shop has a massive selection. I'll definitely be visiting again soon.

People were cool & nice/helpful but $2.95 for a single lighter and their ridiculous tax I strongly recommend looking for what you need elsewhere.

This place always got my business. Well tonight that changed.. I will NEVER come here again the mod in charge was absolutely rude to me and refused to sell me an item. Then ignored me while i was tring to talk to him. He has black hair a black facial hair and wore glasses. Ill take my business elsewhere 15 years i shopped here...

EDIT: I previously gave Smoke City a poor review because of their no-return policy and the conviction that some of the "herbal blends" they sell are research chemicals and/or variations of Spice and K2. I recently visited for the first time in several months, and received excellent customer service from the kid with the "Aaaaaaahhh! Real Monsters" shirt (not sure of his name) and Cody. Both were very friendly and helpful. CODY IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND WILL ALWAYS TAKE CARE OF YOU! This store sells a great variety of industrial hemp bud strains, in quantities ranging from a single gram up to an 1/8 (3.5 grams) and 1/4 (7 grams) ounce. The buds are a bit overpriced, in my opinion (e.g. $50 for an 1/8), and the edibles are even more expensive for the amount you get, but this is a good start. It is good to see a smoke shop not just sell nasty tobacco products, actually offer some cannabis-based products, even if they are less potent than medical-grade cannabis.

They sold me a product that did not work properly and instead of letting me return it they basically forced into buying another product and the new product doesn't work that good either

Horrible service!! A young lady was assisting me with an item I wanted to buy and I began looking around the store and noticed some drug tests. There was a pack of cotton swabs and I asked her if they were used for oral tests. Then all of a sudden the extremely rude white boy with braces interrupts me while he was at the register helping another customer and tells me they can’t sell me anything because I “attempted to alter a drug test”. What the hell?? How can I attempt to alter a drug test with cotton swabs??? How can I be refused service for asking a question?? We began going back and forth and he KNEW he was wrong then wanted to switch up and say I asked for mouth wash when that NEVER came out of my mouth. Even his coworker who was standing right next to me when I asked her told him that I asked about the cotton swabs NOT mouth wash! And he still had me leave. I’ll definitely be talking to management and corporate about this ridiculous service.
