Very fair pricing, and awesome customer service! Max is very knowledgeable on the products and always willing to take the time to answer all my a questions. I'm a long time customer and recommend Marleys over any other shop, they been in business a good while and are always on point! All the other shops come n go, but Marleys stands above the rest!

I was sold an item by staff which was supposed to be the correct item After verifying it wasn't, I returned to the business to exchange or refund. I was advised they didn't have the correct product and would not do a refund on an unused item. When the staff was questioned about the return policy they stated it was posted. The policy wasn't posted, it was a photo id required statement on the counter. They were then told that they lied about the policy and they changed their story to a manager could only refund. When asked where was the manager, they advised he would be in sometime later in the week. The transaction is being forwarded to the Better Business Bureau and cancelled by my bank.
