Worst experience of my life. I didn't think I would ever walk into a head shop that had such bad customer service. This shop is going to fail simply because the owner is charging 300% over what the items are worth. I understand he has an overhead, but I've never been in any smoke or head shop this greedy. He's trying to get rich off of every item in the store. I would never walk in there again. I never write reviews but this time I'll make an exception. I literally showed him the same item for a third of the price on multiple different sites. To the owner just a little advice the best business to have is the one where every customer that walks in the door is a customer for life. Maybe you should try a little less then you'll receive a lot more. Best of luck

Rip off shop. The owner is a fat pig that doesn't care about customer service or keeping his customers happy. Fat pig owner told me he charges 100% more than what it really is and too bad so sad. Stay clear from this rip off shop, I will never return here nor should you. You've been warned.

RIP OFF ALERT! RIP OFF ALERT! THIS SHOP CHARGES INSANE PRICES FOR THINGS THAT COULD BE PURCHASED ONLINE FOR A COUPLE DOLLARS! STAY AWAY, THE OWNER IS EXTREMELY PUSHY AND THE OTHER GUY WORKING IN THERE IS TOO HIGH TO FUNCTION SO STAY CLEAR FROM THIS PLACE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I UNDERSTAND BUSINESSES NEED TO MAKE A PROFIT AND THE PRICES ARE HIGHER THAN ONLINE BUT THIS IS A TOTAL RIP OFF!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

new girl working there, saerin is amazing, she gave me in detail desriptions about their products including the CBD and was very friendly and helpful she deserves a raise for working there alone and i would definitely go back but everything is so pricey, there are products that were released 8 years ago that are still in the store for the same price, clearly they dont have a clearance section

Terribly, terribly overpriced. I was charged $45 for something I can get on Amazon from the actual supplier for $20. They take price gouging to a whole new extreme. Should've read the reviews beforehand but I assure you I will not return to that store.

I went in to explain to the owner the product he sold me did not work as designed not mentioning anything about getting my money back. He immediately jumped to "Im not giving you your money back thats not my problem". He said call the 1-800 # support line for the product and they will give you your money back. Guy is super rude and unprofessional. Lost any future business I could've given him. Never even offered to exchange product.
