Love this place! Mike is awesome and does a really good job of letting you know that he will get to you as soon as possible when its busy. Very knowledgeable and helpful. All the haters must have been rude themselves to get any kind of rude behavior back because everytime I go in this store (weekly) I am always treated with the utmost kindness and courtesy. Keep doing what you guys are doing!

I literally just walked out of the place. Purchased Naked brand juice. I got back to my desk at work and cracked open the seal and lo and behold. The juice expired 6 months ago. I went back to the store after work and without a question the guy exchanged the juice for something else. A+ service. I just moved here.. this place is two seconds away from work. I'll be frequenting your store a lot! Thanks

First, I was surprised they were open until midnight. Second, I was surprised they had some great juice inside. Being so far from home, I was worried I wouldn't find a good spot to fill my vape tank. Those worries subsided when I went in and saw a big, clean, fully stocked store.

Both Jace and Mike (the manager) are extremely knowledgeable and completely focused on customer satisfaction as the bottom line. They will always prioritize the quality of your shopping experience over the quantity of cash in your wallet. After five visits over the course of a month, their smorgasbord of selections and commitment to customer service has made me a dedicated and repeat customer. I'd recommend cloud 9 to any one in need of head shop or vape shop goods 👍
