I've been going here for years. They have a wide variety of tobacco as well as smoking products. Lighters, pipes, incense burners. They even sell the empty cigar boxes. A separate room for cigars. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great manager. Tell them what you're looking for and they will suggest something that is perfect! Highly recommend.

Trash. I called and asked for something and the lady said “sir, this is Polk county come on vacation leave on probation, nobody here in this county has what your looking for” and then laughed me off the phone. I went in to see if the store was worth being laughed at. Surprise surprise it wasn’t. For context I was looking for a bowl for a pipe and some screens. The Lady running the place was rude and unprofessional or even helpful. That directly contradicts the idea of good service to a client. I ended up going to Da’jackpot in Auburndale that not only helped me out, but have me a small discount because of what I went thru somewhere else. Seriously consider an alternative when looking for any sort of Tobacco/smoking materials.
