Came here today to pick up wish order as they are a designated p/u location. Upon arriving, the clerk began searching thru 4 large boxes. Please note that nothing was organized or sorted. Items were falling out of packages and clerk was opening other packages attempting to locate my items. (See photo). I received 2/3 packages all delivered under the same tracking number. Clerk told me to contact wish and said shrugged her shoulders, and walked away to begin helping other customers. Extremely rude and overall a very negative customer service experience. Additionally, I'm m a smoker and would not recommend this location for your tobacco/vape needs.

Very nice place to shop. I have a particular affinity for cigars and Tobacco Road has a wide selection of very affordable options. They even carry brands like Macanudo (one of my favourites). Great customer service. Far beyond what I expected.

I have been going to this location for many many years! Not just because they have the BEST prices (even better than the flea market on many items) but because they are some of the nicest people that you will find. That's why I will go out of my way to support them.
