Well lets start out by saying everyone is nice there,place is clean. We had a mix up on an order,the younger brown headed guy tooo great care of me,I thought I was at Neiman Marcus with my personal shopper. His name maybe was Ryan but I'm bad with names.. He fixed my order, was very polite,and extremely knowledgeable about all their gear. I left Yellow Lemon after 5 years all over.a face mask and a kid not knowing what he is talking about. ( with I'm except from wearing one.) I spent lots of money at the lemon but From now on wasabi has earned my respect and my money!!! This guy should get a raise he is respectful,smart,and knowledgeable and he took his time with me like I said , I walk in GUCCI store and get treated as equally goood. Way more inventory than lemon a dn friendlier stuff and owners, we are both very happy with all our pieces. Thanks again wasabi keep up the good work!! I'll be back to spend more money for.sure!!! Good selection. Upon trying to return an unused water pipe and buy a more expensive one ( day after purchase) I was informed that If I had only left the price sticker on unused glass that I wished to return , I could have exchanged and bought one of their $170 dollar pieces like I wanted to. I guess the saleswoman personally couldn’t guarantee what She sold the cheaper pipe to me for the day before unless I can prove it with the sticker..which I threw away. I have had good visits at wassabi before, but this will be my last one.

Brittany was Amazing & so very helpful & apologized for the way I was treated at another store, that she's very close with.
