very bad service! bought a smok AL85 kit on february 10th 2018, went back to the store o the 14th cause it was leaking and had to charge the battery 3 times a day, then on friday feb. 16th, returned to the store cause my smok AL85 was not working at all! the guy that was working told me that i must not have taken care of it, would not exchange or refund me!! very bad attitude,told me to communicate with the company! No customer service at all, i do not recommand that store!!

I love this place! They've saved my life on a few occasions by carrying products that are usually only available on line. The prices are pretty standard but totally worth it because the place is beautiful, super clean and the staff is very patient, helpful and knowledgeable! A+
