Bought a VooPoo Argus Air, the box said it was supposed to include a type c charging cable and a user manual. Ours didn't come with either. A user manual would have been extremely helpful, because one of the pods does not have a changeable coil. We went to buy replacement coils, and inquired about the user manual and the counter guy said they were basically useless. Except I'm sure the user manual would have told us that one pod's coil can't come out. Now I am down to one pod, and guess what they don't carry? You guessed it! Replacement pods. No charger cord, no user manual and a counter guy that acts like we're annoying him with our business. Message received. We will take our money elsewhere.

Usually no issues here. Staff is friendly, helpful, and informative. Products are decently priced for location, and staff is knowledgeable of their own products and real world usage. I also like that they still carry plenty of mech mods, which seem to be disappearing from a lot of stores these days as regulated devices are taking over. Huge juice selection, so you have plenty of options. All available in different sizes and nics of course. Just an overall great store.
