I am not the best when it comes to what my vape needs, but this place always has the answers, with every employee going above and beyond. Even when i lock myself out of my vape, Madison was totally capable and knowledgeable when it came to not only my specific vape, but the tech over all, and helped me over the phone no problem. Whether it’s your first time there, or you come daily, the employees are always so friendly and helpful. Thanks again for being so kind Madison! You rock :)

We came there several time and Jonathan, Justin and Brian were super helpful and knowledgeable. They offer us loyalty program and advise on devices. Also exchange my Baton device without problem. The best customer service. Will be coming back there for sure!!

Absolutely love this place! 1st Wave has great prices, amazing, knowledgeable, friendly staff and has been my favorite place to get my vapes since moving to Florida. During the COVID closings they delivered for free and were always able to help me out with any issues I experienced with products I purchased from them. I highly recommend them to anyone looking in the area.
