Purchased a disposable nic salt device that was defective (leaking juice with a hard draw). I purchase a lot from this Vape Shop and I was disappointed when they refused to replace my $14 puff bar or even do the minimum to help me with a defective product from their store. I WILL NOT be buying anything else from Dragon headz. If anyone is looking for a friendly and considerate vape shop, try Aquafire or Great Vape! This place sucks at customer service.

Dragon Headz is the BEST one stop shop around!! Mike always has what I need or what I'm looking for and if he doesn't he'll get it! He has all the newest and coolest stuff ALWAYS both locations are convenient to me and I always receive great service at both!! Don't waste your time searching I'm sure Dragon Headz has what you need!
