I just want to say that I’ve been in this shop at least 10 times and I’ve been to my fair share of vape shops in Boca the women behind the counter has always been helpful and explained all answers to my questions! Very nice and helpful, she also has been competitive to their prices, I’ve bought my share of vape pens and fluid and by far this store has been most helpful! I don’t not know the owners I just a mother that stop smoking and needed help on weening down on my nicotine and this store has been nothing but helpful! Thank you guys! I’ll be seeing u later today:)

I've been a customer since the day they've opened, and have received excellent customer service. They have a broad selection of smoking accessories and merchandise for all kinds of people. The staff treat me like family and I will always recommend this shop to anyone who asks.

This place is horrible. Called about a specific item, they confirmed they had one left in the store. I drove out of my way to get there and it was broken. Rather than them simply apologizing cordially, he sat there for 20 minutes and tried to convince me that it wasn’t broken, but it just comes that way. He wasn’t very sure on the function of the item in the first place, I mentioned I used it for years, he felt insulted and walked away disrespectfully. This was the owner of the store, the guy who wears a cap and owns the dog. Total clown
