Wonderful customer service from Jay and the other guy (I'm sorry I cant remember his name). Instead of just selling us the most expensive thing they took their time to help us get all the right pieces that were best for us. And since we came in under budget, we bought one of their VERY well made bags and a few extra accessories. A lot of their pieces are from local vendors and artists and we love to patron a small business that supports small business. Am I right?

Awesome, friendly & VERY knowledgeable staff! Many CBD options and wonderful local ART, GLASS(many 1of1 pieces) & MORE! Easy parking (a big plus in DC)!

With this current situation of our Constitution being destroyed by our elected officials I've been in a jam trying to get supplies. I reached out to these people and they hooked me up. They asked what worked for me and accommodated me like a princess!! Prices were competitive and I was happy with the selections offered to me. Brookland Smoke went out of their way to help me even though the government is doing its best to keep business owners from earning a living.

Since opening day I have had nothing but great things to say about this shop! Everyone on the staff is super helpful, knowledgeable, and patient to answer all of my 1000+ questions. They treat you like family and it's all love!

Amazing atmosphere! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Parking was easy to find (Big Plus in DC!) This shop carries a variety of items for all your smoking needs. Will definitely be back!
