I've been here multiple times but this time tops it. I lost my receipt to my purchase, the vaporizer I got was defective wouldn't charge etc. Took it in the next day no issues exchanged. Worked it out with Chandra and she took every good care of me and the situation. I will be a lifetimer here. Thank you!!!

Shop is cool but sorta limited selection on coils. Mainly smok and universals. Picked up a disposable but it died a little after i picked it up and I was able to swap for another one but the unit shortly started tasting burnt like crazy not long after. Not the businesses fault at all. Customer service is tier 1 though.

No customer service at all and if any they are very RUDE. They sell bad defected products and they know it is bad and above that if you have the chance and even if you have the receipt they refuse to take their defected - $( 40) vape device- back. I offered to them either to give replacement or to give me my money back they said No to They put sign saying they close at 8.00 but if you get in the store at 7:45 they will tell you sorry no transactions at this time you have to leave in order to take care the register!!!!!!!!!!!! Why then you post sign in the door you close at 8pm?why you do do my transaction since I had driven 15 miles to catch you before 8 to get my business done. However they should not get any support from people around and get out of business which they handle in arrogance and unprofessional way.
