(ILLEGAL) RETAILER WILL NOT PAY OUT SPORTS BETTING TICKETS!!! Went here to collect a $50 winning card and the retailer (owner) refused to pay out my ticket. He started off by saying that his drawer is empty from the weekend and that he couldn't honor it. Said he can't do anything until later in the week. Then turned me away and referred me to Delaware Park to get my winnings instead. I've been coming to this smoke shop with my family since the 90s and since this guy took it over, it has all turned to sh*t. This store barely has any books or magazines on the shelves and it's dirty and depressing. They're clearly broke and SHOULD NOT be a retailer for sports betting or lottery tickets. Will follow up with the gaming commission!
