I used to like this place, but that was when the owner was there more. Now every time I go, I get the other lady who can be extremely rude (as in raises her voice and gets NASTY over simple questions...and her voice is annoying as it is when she speaks normally). She was nice the first time I encountered her, but she has been rude to me multiple times now and I have witnessed her be the same way to other folks. She hung up on me as well when I asked for the owner's name to report her behavior! Cowardly and appalling woman! It's also hit or miss that they're open during their last hour of business. I have wasted lots of money in fuel to get there on multiple occasions only to find them closed 30 minutes before the time posted on their door. I am a medical mj patient and it's too much of a hassle to bother with potential attitude and random business hours anymore. They aren't the only headshop around and I'll just plan a fun day in Philly to get my Rockstar pieces now. After dropping close to a $1000 in here over the past 4-5 years, I will no longer give my money to a place with flagrant disrespect to their customers! Also, annoying voice "lady" should be fired and replaced with someone more personable! By far, the WORST customer service experience I have EVER encountered ANYwhere!

I have been here a couple times, great selection. But when I came on a Friday when they are open till 8pm, they were closed when I showed up at 7:30pm. Not a good image you want to portray to current and future customers. Hours are posted online and on the front door, but they neglected to remain open until closing.

The place sucks, I came here because one of my friends referred me to the place and they aren’t even open during the hours that they’re SUPPOSED TO BE OPENED, such a waste of time.
