Used to buy everything here but after my last 3 purchases I probably wont be coming back .I bought a medusa puffco peak and 2 weeks later it doesnt work, next i buy coils for the puffco trying to see whats wrong with it only to find out the coils are broken and in pieces and i still couldnt get a refund or at least store credit. Finally today i went to buy a drdabber light but of course right out of the box battery doesn't work...

Mckenzie was super informative and had excellent customer service. I've myself been in customer service for 10+ years in all sorts of food service industries. Mckenzie absolutely blew my customer experience away! He was also kind, helpful & a great sales person, wasn't pushing anything on me, was able to awnser all my questions and gave me great feedback on everything I asked.
