I procrastinated this review because I wanted to give this shop yet another chance to redeem themselves. This shop in simple terms is not knowledgeable about their inventory, is rude to their customers, and is inconsistent with their policies. I have had multiple horrible experiences with this overpriced shop and hope that this review will prevent others from having the same experience.

The lady behind the counter is always rude but usually the guys are nicer, still some of the most awkward situations I’ve been in They pick and choose when they’re going to ask for ID’s based on the price of your purchase I’m 21, when I purchased 300$ worth of products they didn’t ask me for my ID when I had it on me Expecting the same friendly experience I forgot my wallet in my car and I was greeted with rude looks and when I asked a question about vape products, I was immediately asked for my ID. I was so thrown off by the situation and how different my experience was that I left and went to another location instead of coming back With my ID. It’s a shame that you can never get a consistent experience at this location. They’ve also downgraded the products they carry quite a bit. Please get better utopia
