Amazing shop! Everyone is super friendly and helpful! They take their time and answer all of your questions and help you find exactly what you need! I feel totally safe and comfortable walking into this place alone, when there are no other customers there, and shopping. Very welcoming environment!!

Great people wonderful place to go to always trying to help other people out some may forget like me actually was just a lot of anger towards them for no reason they're a bunch of great guys and girls there last time I was there it was in 2015 it's probably changed a lot more but I remember meeting Matt and his wife very nice people little strange but nice people

Very friendly and helpful staff. I'm kinda new to the vaping world. And they were a big help. Good selection in vape juice. Whenever I'm in bethel and need to restock on juice this will be the place I'll go

My favorite smoke shop. Staff are very friendly and helpful whether you are a regular or new customer. Large and varied selection of bowls, pipes, bongs, etc with affordable prices. If you go in make sure you ask to see "Thatcher" their dog. Cutest pup in town.

No longer accepts AMEX. Nice people, nice place but I'm committed to using my American Express for certain size purchases so when they stopped accepting it my ability to buy there was seriously curtailed. If they resume and still have the item(s) I might want then I'll revisit my review.

So I just started vaping about a month ago after being a longtime smoker. I’ve done some online shopping for juice, but prior to today had only been to one other brick & mortar. Before heading to Grassy Plains I went to another shop nearby that also had good reviews. Let’s just say I left feeling very confused about the reviews I had previously read. Was gonna just go back home but decided to check out Grassy Plains instead. So glad I did! I didn’t get the guy’s name, (younger w/ long hair & gauged ears), but he was quick to assist me as soon as I walked in the door. I told him the type of flavor I was looking for and was then treated to a plethora of samples. He was obviously extremely knowledgeable and cool the whole way through. I didn’t even have to tell him I was new to vaping, he filled me in on all I needed to know. A and I was basically in and out. Picked up a nice butterscotch tobacco. To make this unnecessarily long review less long- I’m super happy with my experience and I will be back!

Interesting approach to customer service. Blatantly lied to about brand of vape juice. Made mistake of walking out of store without fully inspecting product. No return. No exchange. No sympathy. Was told by salesperson “it’s not my fault you didn’t check what you were buying”.

This place is the best! Super knowledgable and friendly staff, great product variety/quality and competitive pricing. The staff is more than happy to answer any/all questions and make great recommendations when you're not sure what product is best for you. There are plenty of smoke shops in this area but I would never go anywhere else!
